My access URL does not work

The link you get when you ask for access can only be used one time. Be sure you do not send it through a service that will try to read the link, i.e. in Slack.

I have made a publication but I can't access the subdomain

The subdomain of your new publication will only be active after you have finished the mandatory settings. Make sure that you have set a subscription price and have connected your Stripe account.

I can't set up a new Stripe account

Make sure Stripe allow to establish accounts from your country.
